Omega Institute located in Rhrinebeck New York is an holistic health resort. Presenting workshops from top facilitators from around the world. It is not only a great place to participate in workshops ranging from Buddhist silent retreats to Improvisational music, it is a place for creative, spiritual types to work and live within a community setting.
